About the Item

An impressive 1.61 Carat diamond and 18 karat white gold, platinum set twist design cocktail ring; part of our diverse diamond jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This impressive vintage French diamond ring has been crafted in 18 karat white gold with a platinum setting. The vintage (circa 1950s) twist design setting is ornamented with an antique (circa 1900) feature 0.65 Carat and 0.84 Carat Old European cut diamond, both claw set. Two smaller vintage (circa 1950) individually claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds flank either side of the diagonal twist design. The subtle elevated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank. The ring is hallmarked to the outer surface of the shank with the French hallmarks for 18 karat gold (eagle's head) and platinum (dog's head), in addition to a French maker's mark. This diamond twist ring is supplied with two independent diamond grading certificates for the feature diamond in addition to an independent diamond grading report card. Condition This impressive ring is fine quality set with very high color graded diamonds, displaying fine brilliance and white color. The ring is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with very clear French hallmarks to the outer surface.
