Yellow Gold Contemporary Engagement Ring with Light Blue Sapphire
About the Item
This Magnolia Flower contemporary engagement or cocktail ring is made of 18 karat yellow gold and features a clear and shiny light blue sapphire weighing 0.65 carats. The water-like surface of the gem multiplies the light, mirroring on the golden petals. The ring weighs 8.5 grams and was even chosen by actress Anne Ratte-Polle for the Bavarian Film Award.
The piece was designed by oil painter Polya Medvedeva and looks perfect from all angles, thanks to the many hours of work in 3D before the final shape was found.
Magnolia is one of the oldest flowers on earth, which is why it combines the symbolism of all the flowers. It has one of the most beautiful shapes with a balance of symmetrical and asymmetrical features, of order and chaos.
This ring can be a precious highlight for an evening look and best suits the romantic, dramatic, and classic Kibbe types.
