Antique Art Nouveau Turquoise and Gold Ring

About
A 5.5 ct oval turquoise ring is cut in cabochon and set in a 14 kt engraved shank. The shank tapers from its repousse swirls on the shoulders. The ring is all original. The engraving travels half way around the finger. The collet keeps the turquoise firmly in its simple frame and raises it 1/8 of an inch from the finger, a beautiful emphasis of a beautiful stone. The ring is American made and impressive with its striking robin's egg blue gem. The weight is 5.6 grams. Size 6 1/2. Condition excellent.
