Contemporary Ink Ring with Smoky Quartz in Fourteen Karat White Gold
About the Item
This contemporary jewellery collection was originally designed as sculptures in gold with cube-cut smoky quartzes by artist Polya Medvedeva. Later, these art objects were modified into a jewellery collection.
The amazing transparent whisky color of smoky quartz or its darker part morion (which is much darker than can be shown on the screen), along with the open gem, led to this collection being chosen by fashion editors and celebrities. It has been featured in Harper's Bazaar UA and Vogue UA published issues.
This designer jewellery Ink ring is made of 14 karat white gold with a 15x15x8 mm smoky quartz in a whisky or cognac colour. The ring is also available in other colours, such as rose quartz, transparent rock crystal, black morion, or white delicate opal.
The Ink collection includes pendants, rings, earrings, cufflinks, and bracelets in different sizes and gem colours, specially cut for the artist.

At Polya Medvedeva Jewellery, we carefully craft our pieces with high-quality craftsmanship and ethical production standards. Polya Medvedeva launched her contemporary jewelry line in 2010. She lives and works as an oil painter in Berlin, Germany. Her inspiration is rooted in the aesthetic theories of Xie He, a Chinese theorist from the 5th century. Her designer jewelry combines the precise work of professional fine jewelers with a rich history of being in the market since the 19th century, along with new sculptural ideas by the artist herself. Polya's pieces are featured in Vogue UA, Harper’s Bazaar UA, Another magazine UK, and other publications. One of Polya's notable admirers is the German actress Anne Ratte-Polle, who selected her jewelry to wear on the red carpet of the Berlinale Film Festival.
