Eighteen Karat Yellow Gold Sugarloaf Pink Quartz Ring
About the Item
This ring is made of 18 karat yellow gold with a sugarloaf cut natural light pink quartz.
Typically, the smaller the prongs, the better for most gems. However, we wanted to avoid the typical childish look that often occurs with sugarloaf gems that are too open. Therefore, we balanced the large gem with the appropriate amount of gold to give it a classy appearance. This design is also suitable for men.
We offer this model with a variety of gemstones, including green, raspberry, light rose, pink and red tourmalines, light and dark amethysts, topazes and aquamarines, or cabochon paraiba tourmalines.

Polya Medvedeva launched her contemporary jewelry line in 2010. She lives and works as an oil painter in Berlin, Germany. Her inspiration is rooted in the aesthetic theories of Xie He, a Chinese theorist from the 5th century. Her designer jewelry combines the precise work of professional fine jewelers with a rich history of being in the market since the 19th century, along with new sculptural ideas by the artist herself. Polya's pieces are featured in Vogue UA, Harper’s Bazaar UA, Another magazine UK, and other publications. One of Polya's notable admirers is the German actress Anne Ratte-Polle, who selected her jewelry to wear on the red carpet of the Berlinale Film Festival.
