About the Item

The world-renowned German designer, Norbert Muerrle, is one of the most exclusive, high end, custom designers in the jewelry business. The exclusivity of Muerrle's work is maintained by limiting production to only custom individual orders, which makes his items extremely difficult to acquire second hand. Characterized by innovative & minimalist designs, Muerrle's work is also known for its impeccable craftsmanship. This very rare, Norbert Muerrle signed, "Recrolie" ring was made from one solid, flat piece of 950 platinum that was hand etched, rolled over itself, & studded with 72 individually bezel set diamonds. Only a very skilled jeweler like Muerrle could create a magnificent ring like this, as it is extremely difficult to create the roll over setting & to bezel set diamonds across an adjustable curved surface. These diamonds have a combined total weight of .36 carat & are natural fancy colored. The beautiful array of colors is reminiscent of fireworks, so Muerrle has named this the Fireworks Recrolie ring.
