Stunning French Platinum Emerald Diamond Belle Epoque Ring

About the Item

This circa 1910 French ring was hand crafted in Platinum with a rectangular low profile gallery. Three large center diamonds surrounded by a Platinum lattice work and a boarder of calibre cut natural Emeralds. Accenting the lattice work are two rows of bezel set rose cut Diamonds. The rectangular shape of the ring has broad cut corners giving it a true emerald shape. The side gallery is hand carved with scroll work cut in at a 45 degree angle. The under gallery is arced to fit the curve of the finger. The narrow band is a grooved tapered flat band which meets the gallery with a split shank and a hand crafted fleur de lis detail. All platinum surfaces are high polished with a mill grain edge surrounding the bezels of the three large center diamonds. The ring appears to have never been sized.
