Yellow Gold Tea Contemporary Ring with Natural Red Garnet
About the Item
This contemporary ring is made of 14 karat yellow gold and features a cushion-cut red garnet. It is part of the Tea collection, which was featured in Vogue UA. The ring will be custom made to fit your size.
The ring is easy to wear and the large wine red gem is sure to catch the eye, as it always does.
This Tea (or Chainka) collection begins with a tiny charm. The tea twig on one side of the gem gives the ring a special character. The twig was discovered during a tea ceremony when a little young tea leaf fell into the artist's cup. Chainka is a special word for tiny tea leaves and twigs in the cup of tea, which can be as small as 1 mm in size. The artist saved the Chainka between the pages of a book of poems for later copying it in gold. This twig was so small that it could only be produced in gold, as silver is too soft to maintain its tiny shape. The little pendant can catch every eye because of its unusual and delicate look.
This ring can be ordered in any size in 14 or 18 karat gold, with a choice of garnet, red or green tourmaline, tender rose morganite in an emerald cut, emeralds or sapphires, or storm purple spinels, depending on what gem or color you may be looking for.
