18ct Gold Intaglio Signet Ring with Diamonds, 1919

An 18ct yellow gold signet ring, featuring the intaglio arms of The Burgh of Buckhaven, Methil and Innerleven (Scotland). The ring is adorned with transitional cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.28ct and is presented in its original ring box.

• Engraving: Crest and motto "CARBONE CARBASOQUE" (By coal and by sail), personalized with "Provost Taylor 1917 1920", to the inside of the ring.
