About the Item

You are looking at a breathtaking emerald and diamond antique ring crafted in solid platinum during the Edwardian era. It features a large, GIA certified, natural Colombian emerald neatly prong set at the center with an elongated cushion cut, showing the most gorgeous, rich, deep green color with natural inclusions that that add a special effect to its character and appearance. This very fine emerald weighs approximately 6.15 carats and really stands out with its large size and exceptional top color! It is certified by AGL as having insignificant treatment, which is rare for emeralds, with only very little oil treatment. This center stone is then surrounded by a halo of very fine quality old cut diamonds, in which are also set at the sides of the shank, and brilliantly sparkle with bright and fiery effects for a truly glamorous touch. These fine diamond accents total approximately 0.40 carats in weight. This magnificent ring is adorned with delicate milgrain etching along with an incredibly detailed open work gallery, granting a beautiful look from all angles on the finger.
