Here we have an absolutely breathtaking and super rare antique engagement ring that was crafted from solid 18k yellow gold dating to the mid 1800's. It features a very fine quality marquise cut diamond solitaire that has been certified by GIA as weighing exactly 1.13 carats. This center stone displays a large and very attractive size and is certified with near colorless G color and amazing eye-clean VS1 clarity. Its setting is adorned with blackened gold that neatly frames the stone while adding a nice bold touch. It is set slightly above a beautifully executed halo of round and cushion old mine cut diamonds that add nothing but pure fire. The subtly split shoulders of the ring are elegantly detailed with scroll work that completes this magnificent piece with a truly wonderful look on the finger. This rare and unique antique engagement ring is engraved on the inside which dates to 1894!
