A fine and impressive antique 1.02 carat emerald ,18 carat yellow gold and platinum ring; part of our vintage jewellery and estate jewelry collections Description This fine and impressive vintage emerald ring has been crafted in 18 ct yellow gold and platinum. The pierced decorated yellow gold setting is embellished with an impressive three claw set 1.02 ct pear faceted cut emerald. The tapering ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the 18 carat yellow gold shank, all featuringa continuous inset strand of platinum to the centre. This vintage pear shaped emerald ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 ct gold and platinum. This impressive ring is supplied with an independent gemstone grading report card. 'Rather than regarding inclusions in coloured stones as harmful, in small sizes and numbers that do not in any way detract from their beauty, they should be regarded as adding to desirability, for they provide identifying characteristics.'
