About the Item

A stunning contemporary platinum and antique 8.19 carat diamond trilogy style engagement ring; part of our diverse diamond jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive trilogy ring has been crafted in platinum. The contemporary, pierced decorated scrolling setting displays a central antique (circa 1900) 3.31ct Old European round cut diamond. The central diamond is flanked on either side by a slightly smaller antique 2.73ct and 2.15ct Old European round cut diamond. The pierced decorated, elevated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank. The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the mark for platinum (PLAT). This platinum trilogy ring is supplied with three independent diamond grading certificates. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone. Condition This stunning contemporary and antique trilogy ring is exceptional quality set with old cut diamonds and although one of the diamonds is clarity graded at SI2, the stone displays no unsightly black inclusions, instead a clear inclusion to the edge of the crown. The ring is a very good gauge of platinum and is in excellent condition with a clear hallmark to the interior of the shank. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of diamond jewellery/estate jewelry.
