Vintage Large Old Mine Cut Diamond Three Stone Ring Set in Platinum

About the Item

A beautiful vintage old mine cut diamond three stone ring set in platinum. The piece is centrally set with a sparkly 2.30 carat old mine cut diamond which is securely 8 claw set to centre. To either side of the central diamond are two other matched old mine cut side stones, set identically in 8 claw open back settings. Once on the piece truly comes to life! Due to the design and the stones being slightly raised on the hand this ring can perfect be placed next to a wedding and/or eternity band. The three old cut diamonds are an impressive side and stand out beautifully on the finger. There is an estimated total diamond weight of 4.82 carats (each stone individual weights 2.30cts, 1.38cts, 1.14cts). All the diamonds are estimated to be I-J in colour with SI2 clarity. The ring is currently a UK finger size M ½, which converts to an approximate USA size 6 ¼, however this can be resized for a perfect fit! For size reference the ring has a spread of 1.0 x 2.2 centimetres and there is a gross weight of 5.0 grams.
