1930s Donald Duck Ingersoll Rare Mechanical Wristwatch
About the Item
Circa 1935 Ingersoll Donald Duck Wrist Watch, a very Rare and hard to find Watch that was produced in extremely small quantities as it was a poor seller compared to the more popular Mickey Mouse. 32 M.M. 3 Piece Chromium case and a Mechanical, manual wind pin lever movement. Lithographed Metal backed paper dial with Colorful Donald, animated Hands and a Sub seconds disk with Mickey Mouse. Original leather strap with applied metal Mickey Mouse charms. These watches have come up for sale having either The Mickey Mouse Pieces on the Strap or the More very rare Donald Duck Pieces. A similar condition watch with Donald Strap pieces sold at auction in 2005 for $5500 and one in Mint unworn condition in the original box sold in the early 1990s for just over $10,000.
