Aren’t these chairs magnificent???!!! We certainly think so! These are fabulous gray-blue and chrome cantilever chairs made by United Chair Company and they’re in the style of Steelcase. They are comprised of a gorgeous chrome cantilever frame with black plastic armrests, and they wear their original awesome gray-blue and orange fleck tweed fabric with button detail on their backs and seat cushions. The fabric is cool because in different lights, it looks a little different. It’s kind of gray, kind of blue, and has little orange specs throughout… It takes on the color of what you set it with. Super stylish and super comfortable!! We say these chairs are mostly modern, but they would definitely blend in beautifully with Art Deco, mid-century modern, or Bauhaus styles. And did we mention that we have 89 of them available? So, your options are limitless! They would be fabulous seating for your dining table or around the office conference table...

Comprised of aluminum frame, 4 prong aluminum base, nylon feet, black swivel shaft, black powder coated aluminum arms, & has been reupholstered in an aubergine or eggplant faux suede. I can’t think of anything better than a vintage Charles & Ray Eames for Herman Miller Aluminum Group high back chair!!! Except maybe a purple one!! Aubergine Eggplant, Purple whichever!! WOW!!! It is comprised of an aluminum frame, 4 prong aluminum base with nylon feet, black swivel shaft, black powder coated aluminum arms, and it has been reupholstered in a lovely aubergine or eggplant faux suede fabric. Can we just say Design EXCELLENCE!!!! And not to mention extraordinary comfort! The dynamic design duo of husband and wife team Charles & Ray Eames focused on every detail and combined ergonomics, flexibility, constructive elements, highest quality materials, and attention to superior style which created a masterpiece that is highly sought after still today. The design was introduced in 1958 and is still in production! This vintage beauty will be phenomenal at a desk in an office setting, next to your bed or in the dressing area of your bedroom, or extra seating in the sitting room. It is versatile enough to blend in with many décor styles, but it’s bursting with Mid-Century Modern magnificence!! This treasure is exactly what the designer ordered!
Charles Eames was born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1907. Ray Kaiser Eames was born in Sacramento, California in 1912. They met at Cranbrook Academy of Art in Michigan and were married in 1941. They moved together to California and continued their design work they began together at Cranbrook. A commission, which they acquired from the government during WWII to produce molded plywood splints and stretchers, launched a career producing iconic Mid-Century Modern furnishings which are still fresh and sought after today. The set consisting of eight highball glasses, eight 5-ounce rocks glasses, seven footed beer glasses, and three nut bowls in metal carrier. All in fabulous vintage condition with all 22-karat gold and black design intact, circa mid-20th century.
This barware is so Mad Men!! How wonderful it will look in your Mid-Century Modern bar. And so much fun to use to serve your guests. The large set is comprised of eight of the 5.5-inch tall highball glasses, seven of the 5.25-inch tall footed beer glasses, eight of the 3.25-inch tall rocks glasses, and three 2.25-inch tall nut bowls in their original brass plated carrier. There was a hole in the left arm that has been patched with fabric from the bottom of the chair and one of the inside seat cushions had a tear that has been fixed but is not visible. Chinese Chinoiserie Dining Table Rosewood & Mother of Pearl Round to Oval

Wonderful vintage Chinese Chinoiserie dining table comprised of Rosewood & Mother of Pearl (m-o-p) round top with 2 leaves, converting it to a small oval with one leaf and large oval with 2 leaves. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. This Asian style table is in excellent vintage condition with the exception of a small missing piece of m-o-p on the top which we have repaired by filling with wood filler and painting with a pearlized paint. You can still see the spot when looking for it but doesn’t show overall. There was also a nick on the inside edge of one of the leaves that has been filled. The whole top and leaves have been scuffed and given a coat of poly for durability. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, Mid-Late 20th Century.

Lovely Mid-Century Modern high back rocker comprised of an oak frame and the original nubby rust and gold chenille fabric. This rocking chair is in beautiful condition, keeping in mind that it is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The original fabric on the rocker has wear on the ends of the arms and some of the loops are clipped. Will need reupholstered eventually and is priced accordingly. A FABULOUS quartet of quintessential Mid-Century Modern magnificence!!! WOW!! This is a set of four vintage dining chairs by Foster-McDavid comprised of gorgeous walnut frames and the original cobalt blue faux Naugahyde leather upholstery on the seats and backs. They have high tapered backs with a wonderfully unusual design as the fabric wraps over the top and extends about a quarter of the way down the walnut back… it’s really a stunning feature! Handsome Mid-Century Modern coral vinyl faux leather and aluminum leg chaise lounge or day bed. It is in good vintage condition. The beautiful original coral colored vinyl has many nicks, holes, dings, and tears. But we have repaired a few and if you do not need perfection you could get by using this great colored upholstery. One large repair is in the middle of the head pad. Please see photos. However, we know most will want to reupholster, so it is priced accordingly. Circa mid-20th century.
I am looking into the future and I can just imagine you lounging upon this lovely chaise while sipping a cocktail from your mid-century modern bar cart! Or maybe that’s me? No. I think it is you. Well I assume that means you are going to make this fabulous piece yours. It is comprised of four-square tubular brushed aluminum legs which hold it to padded chaise lounge body. It is currently wearing its original gorgeous coral colored vinyl faux leather with nail head detail. Unfortunately, this covering has seen lots of use and you will most likely want to recover. However, we have repaired a few of the boo boos and if you can live with them for a bit you could enjoy this luscious color for a while. It will be fabulous in your mid-century modern home or industrial loft no matter where it is used. We did not find any tags or maker’s name and do not know exactly how this piece started its life. But we can visualize it learning lots of secrets in a psychiatrist office or offering a seat to young starlets in the director’s office. Whatever secrets it holds we know you are smitten as we are. Make it yours!

This is a marvelous vintage Vega Pottery coffee service set Made in Ecuador by famed ceramist Eduardo Vega including 1 coffee pot with a removeable lid, 1 creamer, and 5 cups. Each incredible piece is intricately hand painted and enameled bearing wonderful geometric shapes and patterns composed in beautiful colors of pink, lavender, brown, & burgundy with black speckled lines between, and white inner linings. The base and handle on each piece wears a lovely metallic luster glaze and this set is fully functional & ready to serve up a warm cup of joe in magnificent Modern style!! We believe that these beauties deserve a nice gentle hand-washing so we don’t recommend placing them in the dishwasher, besides… that’s no way to treat a creation of such elegance!! Sculptural, functional, and comfortable! The Series 7 chair was designed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen in 1955 and is an icon in modern furniture history. The Fritz Hansen website states that the chair is made from 9 layers of pressure molded veneer for strength, flexibility, and durability despite its slender form. This one was made in 1993 and it is comprised of a molded black painted plywood seat which is uniquely shaped for the human body. Ergonomically enjoyable!! It has the chrome four-star leg base with chromed hooded wheel casters. It’s incredibly versatile, with unique character and unmatchable comfort. It is manually adjustable in height, and it swivels! It will make the perfect office or desk chair in your Scandinavian Modern or mid-century modern style home office or den.
Fritz Hansen was founded in 1872, when Fritz Hansen, a Danish carpenter, founded his own furniture company and in 1915 introduced his first chair in steam bent wood. In 1934, Fritz Hansen began his collaboration with Arne Jacobsen resulting in some of the famous, classic icons of Danish Design including the “Ant” in 1952, the Series 7 in 1955, the Grand Prix in 1957, the Swan in 1958, and the Egg in 1958. Other famous collaborations have resulted in Piet Hein’s super-elliptical table from 1968 and in 1982 Fritz Hansen acquired the rights to a major part of Poul Kjaerholm’s furniture collection. Get ready for a little SIZZLE in your SWIVEL with these incredible vintage swivel lounge chairs by Russell Woodard!!! This pair of beauties are comprised of sculptured polished aluminum frames and handsome chrome pedestal bases. Their curved backs sweep down and around to form the arms in a rather curvaceous bucket shape. The bucket seat is perched atop a fabulous chrome swivel base. Yes… we know… most of these Woodard aluminum tulip-shaped chairs have the same aluminum base patterned as the bucket seat and can be used outside; however, this set has the original pedestal chromed base that would not be suitable for the out of doors. They will, however, be very suitable and look wonderful in your sunroom, living room, family room, entryway, bedroom, or any room you choose! Plus… we do have one back cushion to use as a pattern for the back cushion which we will provide upon purchase. For over 150 years, Woodard has been one of the industry leaders in classic outdoor patio furniture design, manufacturing, and distribution. They are committed to building modern outdoor to timeless classic outdoor and patio furniture. Lyman E Woodard purchased a lumber mill in Owosso, Michigan in 1866 and he and his three brothers founded Woodard Brothers which was a company that manufactured wood furniture, window blinds, door and window sashes, and caskets. In 1882 they created a second company called The Owosso Casket Company and in 1890 Lyman bought his brothers out of that company. Between 1890 and 1900 Lyman’s three sons and his son-in-law joins the business and in 1902 Woodard Brothers opened a planning mill and two more factories in order to make shipping more convenient. Lyman Woodard passed away in 1904 and his three sons and his son-in-law take over. In 1934 due to the Great Depression there was a depletion of hardwood and pine, so the company switched from caskets to making metal outdoor furniture...

ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY KING AND QUEEN!!!! Talk about ABSOLUTE Royalty!!! This is a glorious pair of Gothic Revival Ecclesiastical His & Hers Throne chairs comprised of hand carved oak frames bearing engraved Gothic details, designs, and cutouts including a transcendent triple finial high back presentation worthy of nobility. Each peak is hand carved with designs resembling oak leaves and they have been intricately dyed black… they’re nothing short of fabulous. Because of the maturity of these chairs, we believe that they were probably reupholstered at some point in their lives, and they look marvelous!! They are wearing a beautiful bright cardinal red hopsacking fabric trimmed with gimp and nail head details on the seats and back inserts which also have upholstered backs. The King chair has fabric surrounding the arm rests while the Queen chair has no arms, however it does have attractive side braces. Both thrones have lovely hand carved decorative front aprons with black detail and stand proudly upon turned front legs with black dyed rings & details on casters and square straight slightly curved back legs… I mean, WOW!!!! They’re definitely Ecclesiastical and Gothic Revival but they bear a bit of East Lake Victorian style as well and they are SURE to be quite the conversation piece in your home! They would be fabulous used as host & hostess chairs at your dining table, in a conversation or waiting area, in a home library, at a his & hers dressing area, or facing the fireplace in your den or study.
