The craft of photography is a precious thing, it’s the only way we get to stand outside the march of time, to pull slides from the rushing river that flows around and through us. We seek and study the intricate, overlapping entropy of the universe, the serendipitous collisions at the confluences of circumstance. Our task is to hold these moments of beauty in golden amber.
Everything is composed of these variables we dance with- light, time, space, and energy- and New York City is the center of this swirling chaos.
This island lives and breathes like us, and exhales steam that cloaks, the beams that cut through darkness gleam past Specters wrapped in smoke.
