We restored this apartment in a classical style with wood paneling, which brings instant warmth, wood panels, moldings in the original style, an antique fireplace, and a parquet Versailles wood floor. It is no accident that we then chose eclectic furniture, mixing antique pieces with new and vintage pieces from the big names of Italian design, to contrast with the traditional renovation and make the space more playful and better suited for 21st-century living. In the bathroom, we collaborated with an artist to create a custom mosaic whose motif is inspired by the fig tree in the courtyard.
