This is our third project for an entertainment lawyer and top NYC real estate broker – and their adorable labradoodle. A dramatic black marble floor gallery sets the tone for a sequence of jewel toned rooms that radiate off it, each celebrating the unique mood of emerald, sapphire, blue diamond and citrine. Venetian plaster walls, spacious built-ins and plush carpeting create a sensuous backdrop for New York living at its best.
