A contemporary home on a bluff above the Montauk beach. A cantilevered box for the master suite sits upon the main house and a separate cube makes up the guest wing, with the whole connected via a semi-subterranean games room.
The interior decoration brings colour and energy to the pared down forms, creating a simultaneously playful but sophisticated beach home.
