This home was converted from a five-bedroom home into a two-bedroom apartment, opting instead for expansive walk-in closets and dressing rooms, and two spacious home offices. The views from this 88th floor apartment are staggering and take center stage. It is like being in an airplane and getting to look down on New York City with a bird’s eye view. But our favorite elements of the project are what you experience at the tactile level while in the space: the luxurious fabrics, subtle textures on plaster walls, and the beautiful hand embroidery at all drapery panels throughout the apartment.
