San Gabriel Bungalow

Connie and Brian sought out a fixer-upper in the San Gabriel Valley with the dream of making it their forever home. With that in mind, we knew this space would have to be able to grow along with their family. In order to make this possible, we did a full redesign starting from the entry all the way to the bedrooms and suite extensions. Connie and Brian wanted a California-modern vibe throughout the home and we were able to achieve that with subtle, yet cohesive, details from room to room.

Rattan wallpaper brightens up the entry walls accompanied by bold accents that carry into the kitchen and living room. Natural stone and tile can be found in all three bathrooms. Custom cabinetry and millwork give a unique, yet modest, luxury throughout the house and the built-in bookshelves are a perfect place to showcase their book collection, art, and family memories.
