Spanish Rancho Bungalow

Family Home by Thomas Callaway Associates in Santa Monica, CA

I turned this small, 1930's stucco bungalow into early "California Rancho" style. This hacienda hybrid is what Spanish/Mexican settlers to Southern California or New Mexico might have created for dwellings in the late 19th Century. It has the feeling of an adobe structure with interiors of early California or Santa Fe, but made for contemporary living.
