The New York City-based design studio Apparatus was founded by Gabriel Hendifar and Jeremy Anderson in 2012. Born from playful experimentation with vintage and salvaged components, Apparatus pieces — which include lighting, furniture and objets — combine aged brass, etched glass, leather, marble and porcelain. Hendifar, who has a background in fashion and interior design, serves as the creative director of Apparatus; Anderson, a former public relations executive, oversees production and operations. Their home and work has been featured in T Magazine, RUM ID, Elle Décor Italia, Elle Décor France and The Telegraph. More
