Abstraction by Max Olderock
Watercolor on paper, signed
Painter, stage designer, weaver and commercial artist. Olderock studied at the Hamburg school of applied arts under A. Kling and M. Brinckmann. He was member of 'Deutscher Werkbund'. He began with expressionist, cubistic, constructivist and Art Déco works, after World War II he turned to abstract paintings.
