About the Item
Head of Lion and Tiger is a double-sided sheet with two amazing original charcoal drawings on ivory-colored paper, realized by the German artist Wilhelm Lorenz, best know as Willi Lorenz.
On the recto there is a charming foreground of a head of a leon looking straight to the observer, and on the verso a tiger in the tall grass and in the typical feline rush of tension connecting with the hunt and the sighting of the prey. Realized with a sure and rapid touch but incredible realism and a full mastery, this modern artwork is in very good conditions, except for some little holes on the corners, a light foxing on the margins, and a usual veil of graphite, usual in the charcoal drawings.
This is a really perfect artwork for your sophisticated home decor able to give your furniture a touch of wildness and exotism, and transmit you a life charge never seen.
This is a wonderful original drawing representing a lion roaring against the two lionesses are contending the same prey, is realized with a fat pencil and with use of the blender. With the incredible freshness of line and at the same time realism, this modern artwork is in very good conditions, except for a visible abrasion of the paper due to a application and removal of tape on the lower right corner.
