About the Item
Soft pastel painting on sanded paper, 27x21 inches. Birch forest in Furstenberg Nature Area, Ann Arbor, MI. The pastel painting is sold framed with conservation glass. Fits perfectly over a queen-sized bed headboard. Birch Ballet was featured in the Great Lakes Pastel Society Member's Exhibit, at South Haven Center for the Arts, in June, 2017. Paintings are original only and no reproductions are made. Landscapes are painted on site (en plein air) and finished in the artist’s Saline, Michigan studio. Bob Palmerton has competed in many national and regional pastel painting competitions.
