One thing in another – 05-01-19 In my egyptian series I try to excavate treasures from the past. Like I said before I see strong resemblances with Egyptian art that presented human bodies in quite an abstracted style. When I saw the reference picture of the female back I thought it to be fit for this series. I kept it quite cubistic rather than execute it in my roundism style.
