"Summer Time" is an original piece by Sean 9 Lugo made from acrylic, marker, ink on paper and mixed media on a decommissioned street sign .This pieces measures 41”h x 42”w and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
The bear head figures, a signature character for Lugo, are wearing jackets alluding to streetwear of the 1990's.
Sean 9 Lugo‘s artwork is reflective of the diverse culture that surrounded him as a child growing up in Hudson County, N.J. with parents from Puerto Rico and Cuba. His street art is known for representing the duality of both Latin and American culture and experiences through masks that can either misconceive or stereotype perceptions.
