Angela Stone (American, b. 1983) is an artist from California. She attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas where she received her BS in Education: Curriculum and Design and continued on to receive a MEd in Literacy and Language Development from Lesley University. A self-taught artist, she draws on inspiration of the natural world, woodland and marine creatures, real and imagined, redwood faery rings, and her populace of creators, tinkerers, and free spirits. She resides in Santa Cruz, where she spends her days writing and illustrating children’s books and helping commercial clients hone, articulate, and project their messages through ink, watercolor, and digital media.
