About the Item
The drawing (ink wash, white lead on paper 27.8 x 39.2 inch) has a signature in cursive on the bottom right corner but it hasn't been interpreted yet. However, by its artistic manner (fast traits, how white lead is used), it can be ascribe to an artist coming from the Veneto region of the second half of the 18th century.
It's double side.
On the front, is represented a country village, as we can see by the several buildings of different architectonic style and by the luxurious nature.
On the back, in pencil, some architectonic decoration studies and an inscription with numbers and words.
The sizes of the paper (ink wash and white lead on paper) is 28.2 x 39.2 cm
