About the Item
This restaurant has been a fixture in Ybor City which is in Tampa Fl. for decades. Cephas, the owner, is Jamaican, and he cooks Jamaican food for the locals. He’s decorated the building to represent Rastafarian culture, cuisine and history. Unfortunately, it’s been torn down. I’m glad I took this photo back in 1995. It’s a faithful representation in watercolor on 300lb.
