I photographed this busy and colorful scene when I saw two people, a woman on stilts and a man pedaling an umbrella festooned tricycle, at the 2022 Fl. State Fair. Their colorful costumes, makeup, and and eye catching energy took me in. I had to do an energetic watercolor of this merry pair and their surroundings.
