A pretty cornucopia of elderberries and nasturtiums, tumble out from a knotted linen cloth and wicker basket. This wholesome still life shoes us the bounty of late Summer and early Autumn in wonderful detail and decorative composition.
The painting is unsigned and presented in a rubbed gilt effect frame with red gesso and a rubbed silver gilt inner window and glazing.
