"Water power has been around since Roman and Greek times," states artist Amelia Furman. "In fact, many of man's current tools used for harnessing power from natural resources find their origins in ancient civilizations. Man has been creatively and innovatively using nature to advance and aid in survival since the beginning of time. It’s in mankind's very nature to do so, but will he learn from our predecessors to use this desire for power for good and not evil? Time will tell."
