Anna Pennati
"Euripus Charanda" (Butterflies) by Anna Pennati, acrilyc on paper

2007

About the Item

These works were created by the artist Anna Pennati in the first decade of the 2000s and represent the transition from the figurative to the abstract and symbolic. The symbolism of the butterfly is mixed here with that of classical myths, as far as the poetry of William Blake and Lewis Carroll, in an interweaving of shapes and colours that slowly bring us to vibrate like frenetic wings, full of colour and energy. Anna Pennati is an italian artist with more than 90 exhibitions made. Admired by the critics and researched from the collectors, we are going to release these tho hystorical selected artworks. Exhibitions : 2007 - Carimate's Castle - Italy 2015 - On House Milano
