About the Item
In “Dance of Eternity,” I sought to express the philosophical concept of the eternal cycle of life, where death and elemental forces exist in harmonious balance. The golden skulls in the center, set against a red and blue background, embody enduring symbols of eternity and transition. They gaze at us with an enigmatic smile, inviting the viewer to look beyond the visible and contemplate the inevitable beauty of the cosmic cycle.
The contrasting shades of deep blue and vivid red represent the duality of night and day, the material and the spiritual, emphasizing the eternal rhythm that binds them. In each corner, golden circles contain the symbols of the four elements – Fire, Water, Air, and Earth – highlighting the sacred unity of the forces of nature.
On the sides, silver and gold circles symbolize the Moon and the Sun, reminding us of the perpetual interaction of light and darkness, yin and yang, shaping the cosmic dance of existence.
The background, composed of countless tiny skulls, creates a pulsating depth that evokes the very fabric of time. Each small skull acts as a moment, a symbol reminding us that life and death intertwine in an endless dance, and we are temporary participants in this vast flow.
