I started going to Belfast and Northern Ireland on a regular basis in 2002. I've watched the city change and thrive in those years and still love it! This piece is from the Our Town Series. Each painting is created using high quality acrylic paint, using mostly palette knives to create abstract forms bursting with color and raw textures that are an essential element in of Lianna's work. Because texture is so hard to photograph, if you like this painting now, you will love it in person.
