About the Item

Antique handmade lamp with botanical motifs by Muller Frères. Muller Frères were renowned glassmakers from Lunéville, France, famous for producing art nouveau glassworks. This is a rare and beautiful handmade lamp, created in early 20th century. This is a work of art as well as a lamp. It has three layers of lighting comprised of a number of individual shades supported with wrought iron, intricately designed by hand. This lamp is adaptable to current electrics and is in excellent condition. The structural framework is hand shaped wrought iron. The lamp is made with decorations resembling various botanical forms such as vines and leaves. Each shade is hand painted, There are various colors including white, black, green and lavender. The lamp is signed by Muller Frères.
