The technique is extraordinary. Acid etch primer is applied, followed by multiple paint layers blown onto the surface and polished onto and into the metal frame, finished by a two part quick drying lacquer.
This beautiful artwork changes throughout the day and under different lighting with myriad shades of green, blue and gold.
