Sublimation Process Description:
Sublimation is a precise digital printing technology that transfers text or colored images onto various surfaces. This indirect method begins with printing a design onto special transfer paper using sublimation inks. The printed image is then exposed to high temperatures and pressure, causing the ink to transform from a solid to a gas without passing through a liquid state. This gaseous ink penetrates the surface material—such as silk—creating a permanent, vibrant image.
The process is eco-friendly, using water-based sublimation inks that are safe and sustainable. The result is highly durable, resistant to UV rays and moisture, ensuring the colors remain vivid and unaffected by environmental changes. Sublimation on textiles offers a contemporary solution for modern interior and exterior decoration.
