"Yellow sunshine leads into and through this rocky woodland," says artist Mickey Cunningham. "The title is from one of Pantone's 2021 colors, a soothing clean yellow. Nature provides restorative qualities and gives a sense of relaxation and peacefulness that pervades in this painting. It is a bit abstract toward the edges with subtle nuances in paint texture."
