"The road may go on for what seems like forever, but someday you will arrive at the destination of your choice or one chosen for you," affirms artist Sally Adams. She displays a symbolic view of an undulating highway in the countryside. Warm rays of the late afternoon sunlight brighten the contemplative driveway. She leaves a message to the viewer, encouraging them to enjoy the ride with all the bumps and turns.

About the Artist
Artist Sally Adams produces ethereal scenes with intimate simplicity and clarity of expression. She takes to heart advice given by her childhood mentor that less is more. “I only paint the core components necessary to convey an emotional connection,” says Sally. She recalls creativity being her innate and lifelong passion. Her favorite Christmas present was a set of oil paints with brushes that she still uses to this day. Sally consciously intends to extract beauty from everyday life by recreating fragments of feeling into her compositions. The sights, sounds, and fragrances of nature endlessly inspire and give her stimuli. “Pickledog”, her home studio in Michigan is an ode to her beloved furry companion of 15 years. Oftentimes, she shares the workroom with her daughter, a skilled artist as well, such as her mother.
