Carpet from the 1950s-60s.
Wool and cotton.
Bright midcentury style colors.
In good condition , needs only cleaning.
With Mid century style abstract painting motifs.
According to the story of the previous owner, the carpet was made by a craftsman in the city of Arles, in France, inspired by a contemporary art painting.
The rug has large wool knots created on the cotton weft.
The carpet is sold as is, it is in very good condition, the only advice is to have it professionally washed.
