The work is airy and light with a lot of complex shades of white as a backdrop for intricate ribbon-like shapes in the shades of rich sunny ochre and bronze with black edging. This sense of recognition is what triggers the emotional response I am after." Anna Sudbina is a contemporary painter, whose work combines elements of the process led abstract and figurative art. She lives in London. For several years, Sudbina has worked closely with the world’s leading Architects and Interior Designers. These working environments and experiences greatly informed her outlook, instilling an inclination toward all things high-quality and artisan aesthetic, a familiarity which is visible in her use of colour, texture and compositions.
