Francois Garros is a French artist born in 1949 who lives & works in Nieul-sur-Mer, near La Rochelle in the Charente-Maritime, France. He published several books of poems from 1985 to 2004, written about several painters and poets. His first appearance as painter was in 1990 in the interstices of his poetic writing. From 2007, he turned towards lyrical abstraction.
