Jean-Marc BoissyHigh-Angle Shot of a Forest of Towers with Blue Roofs and Green Checkered Floors
About the Item
Incredibly, the artist had his painting hand broken during the making of this artwork. He couldn't help but paint, so he decided to use his left hand to finish this painting.
This artwork depicts a forest of towers, viewed from the top, of different heights but identical in building : square rooms with green arched windows with a brown or copper fence, blue roofs, a red collar on pillars, and ocher walls with purple stones.
This piece is not framed.
Jean-Marc Boissy is a talented and promising French artist. His unique and very personal artistic style, with an obsession for repetitive motifs painted with great meticulosity, evokes the colorful world of a psychedelic M.C. Escher.

- Let Me Wrap My Dream - Contemporary Mixed Media Red + Green + Black + GreyBy Binay SinhaLocated in Gilroy, CA"Let Me Wrap My Dream" is a contemporary artwork by Indian artist Binay Sinha. The imagery is a composition of many different textures, both artificial and natural. The bright red cloth is surrounded by shrubbery and an unknown manufactured texture. His surrealistic style captures the balance of flora & fauna, humanity, and city elements. Sinha's longing for the natural environment incorporates plants and natural textures into his works. This piece has a muted background with the central imagery vivid and colorful, commanding attention and consideration. From the artist: "Migration for employment from rural to urban areas has emerged. The history of migration is probably as long as human existence itself. Although the nature of migration has changed over time, factors that influence immigrants’ mental well-being largely remain the same. Migration for employment from rural to urban areas has emerged mainly due to agrarian stress in almost every part of India. This has raised many questions for me about what constitutes home and family. Is home a gunny sack...Category
