Abstract floral scene inspired by collage and paper cutout studies. "I look for ambiguous shapes and vibrations of color that I can bring to the surface," explains Manty. "My work is abstract and intuitive, but it is also grounded in observational painting." Layers of transparent and opaque shapes create a hazy surface swarming with intricate patterns.
