Marcia Wise’s oil painting “Acceso” is a part of her newer abstract series of work. Vibrant reds, oranges, yellows with cooler blues and purples expresses the emotional energy felt by the artist and gives viewers a peek of the inner relationship she experiences with nature. Excitement and movement for the eye, and serving as a wonderful conversational starter, “Acceso” keeps interest flowing through it’s brilliant use of color, color choices, and color placement. “Acceso” is 24 x 30 inches with 1.5 inch sides painted white, unframed. It is signed on the front by the artist.
Marcia Wise is a Massachusetts-based contemporary oil painter and educator whose paintings are inspired by nature's landscape forms and patterns, light effects and reflections, and the play of textures. Her work has been exhibited and collected nationally and internationally. Wise is represented by Fountain Street Gallery in Boston, MA.
