La pintora-escultora catalana Montserrat Tobella Bosch. Autodidacta, investigadora, en constate innovación técnica y matérica. Sus inicios en la introducción del arte abstracto y matérico se presentan con el maestro Jorge Marcus Smandia. Posteriormente llegará una segunda etapa donde profundirá en el dibujo realista, siempre al natural 'plein air' y dibujo de estudio con modelo al natural, de la mano a maestra Aurora Altisent Balmas (1928-2022).
